Eligibility:
Entry is open to New Zealand-based real estate agencies and agents who are active Bladescenes customers.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Employees of Bladescenes and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period:
Starts: 12:00am NZST, 1 June 2025 and ends: 11:59pm NZST, 31 August 2025

How to Enter:
Eligible customers will automatically receive one entry into the draw for every $500 (incl GST) booked and invoiced during the promotion period.
Multiple entries are permitted – the more qualifying orders placed, the more entries received.
Only orders for Bladescenes’ property marketing content are eligible (e.g., photography, floorplans, video, etc.).
Orders must be invoiced within the promotion period to qualify.
Participation in this promotion is automatic for all eligible Bladescenes customers based on qualifying orders.
If you do not wish to be entered into the draw, please email hello@bladescenes.com with the subject line “Opt Out – Bladescenes 2025 Winter Promo”
and include your full name, agency name, and contact details.
Requests to opt out must be received no later than 31 August 2025.

Prize Details:
One (1) winner will receive a $5,000 NZD Fortis Travel voucher.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Travel booking is subject to Fortis Travel’s terms and availability.
The voucher must be redeemed before the 1st of September 2026.

Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be drawn at random before 12:00pm Friday 5th of September 2025 at Bladescenes’ New Zealand office.
The winner will be contacted via phone and email within 3 business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Bladescenes reserves the right to redraw the prize.

General:
Bladescenes reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.
Bladescenes may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if required by any applicable law or event beyond its control.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Bladescenes’s privacy policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
