Photo Rights and Usage

The original agent or client who paid for the photography service has full usage rights to the images on any electronic or printed form. Anyone else who would like to use the images or video will need permission from the original agent/client.

Raw footage is not supplied unless agreed upon with Bladescenes and the client.
There is an additional cost for raw footage delivery if required.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us 24 hours prior to the shoot date if you need to cancel or reschedule the shoot.

Real estate agents are responsible for checking the weather before scheduling a shoot.
We understand Auckland weather can change on a whim and recommend www.metservice.co.nz for a weather report.
Please let us know ASAP if you decide to reschedule. If it is raining at the time of the shoot, we will continue with the interior shots and either wait or return for exteriors shots at another time.

While we are reasonably flexible, a $80 call out fee may apply for incidences where we arrive at the property to find the shoot is cancelled. This includes denied access to the property or the home not being ready for the shoot.

If the photoshoot exceeds the allocated booking time, we may be able to extend the booking time or we may need to reschedule depending on our schedule. An additional fee may apply.

Reshoots

This doesn’t happen often but if you are unhappy with the photos, video or service, please contact hello@bladescenes.com and we’ll resolve this for you ASAP. We try our best to accommodate any changes you have requested.

A $80 reshoot fee may apply if a reshoot is required due to factors outside of Bladescenes’ control
e.g. changes to the staging, a car or object is blocking the property etc.

Condition of the Property

Due to privacy reasons and respecting the home owner or tenants belongings, we will not move furniture,
make beds or declutter the space unless we are working with the agent or vendor onsite.

Archiving Video Footage

Bladescenes will only store footage for our video projects for 12 months.
If you do require us to access any footage/projects older than 12 months we will do our best to find a solution,
though we cannot guarantee that we will still have the footage.
